Please note: Shipping is only free if you keep the items you
order. If you decide to return the item/items, the cost we
incurred to ship an item to you is not refundable.

| Will
the driver bring my items inside my home? |
Yes,
the delivery personnel will bring your items inside your
home. |
| Will
the driver assemble my items? |
Yes,
the delivery personnel will fully assemble your
items. |
| Will
I need to be able to lift a heavy box? |
No,
two men will deliver your items, so you will not need to assist
in any way. Just have the space cleared where
you want the item set up. |
| Will
the delivery company contact me prior to delivery? |
Yes,
you will be called at least a day before delivery to schedule an
appointment for delivery. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOU WILL
HAVE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY. YOU MAY
HAVE TO TAKE TIME OFF WORK, OR ARRANGE FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO ACCEPT
THE DELIVERY. If the delivery service calls and you are unable to
accept delivery, please understand that your order will be put in
line for delivery on the next trip to your area. If you know
that it is difficult or impossible for you to take time off work
or make arrangements for delivery, please do not order from us. |

someone need to be home to accept delivery? |
Yes,
an adult must be home to accept the delivery. |
| Do
I need to inspect my items before the driver leaves? |
YES!
You must inspect your items before the driver leaves. This
will be easy, because your items will be assembled! You
must note any damage on the driver's freight bill. If you
sign the driver's freight bill, this means you are accepting the
items in good condition. We will be unable to assist you
with any damage claim if you do not note damage on the driver's
bill. |
| Will
I be able to track my packages? |
Not
online.
The in-home companies are not as technologically advanced as
most common carriers, and you won't be able to track your items
online. However, we will provide you with the name of the
carrier and their phone number. |
| When
will I be charged for my purchase? |
We
charge your credit card on the day we process your order.
From that time it usually leaves our warehouse within 4
days. Please keep in mind that it may take 8-10 weeks for
delivery of your daybed. You may receive your credit card
statement before you receive your daybed. This is beyond
our control. If you are uncomfortable with this, do not
order a daybed from us. |

my item is out of stock what will happen? |
We
will contact you to let you know. We will NOT charge your
credit card until your item is in stock and ready to be
processed. |

etc., additional shipping charges will apply. We reserve the right to cancel any order in which
the shipping costs will exceed what we consider normal shipping costs.
