Customer Service: How to use our website

Click on stuff:
If you are new to the Internet, the most important thing to know is that if you are on a trusted site (like this one and most others) anything you move your mouse over and the "pointer" changes to a "hand,"  you can click on that to get more information. 
. On this website, many links will be text links, rather than picture links.  Like this:  See me, I'm a link.  When you mouse over the words, the font will change to maroon.  That means you can click on the link to learn more about a product or service.

Around our web pages in 2 minutes:

• Starting at the top left going clockwise: 
  The Sleep Shop logo.  Click that on any page and you'll be taken to our index or home page.

 
• Look at the top right: 
  We offer a site map for the search engine spiders (they love it, but its not much fun or even very helpful to you) and a help page.  Click on help to go to our main Customer Service Page. 
  
  Just below the little shopping cart, you'll see three buttons.  Click on "My Account" to login to your account or to create a new account.  Click on "View Cart" to see the items you have in your shopping cart.  Click on "Check Out" when you're ready to Check Out.  See, that's easy!
  


• Look at the bottom of the page: 
  There it is:  Our toll free number.  If you need help, call us.  We are open from 9:30am to 5:30 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Saturday.  At most there are 3 of us here with 2 telephone lines.  We are not a huge call center, and you may get our voice mail.  We will return your call if you leave a message. 
  
  Just below our toll free number, you'll see more links that address specific Customer Service Issues.  Feel free to browse those policies, especially if you are thinking of ordering from us. 
  
  At the very bottom is our webmaster's email address.  Contact her if you wish to complain or even to compliment her.  Please let her know if a link is broken or not working properly, or if you have suggestions on how she can improve this site.  Webmasters often get stuck on one side of the computer and have difficulty seeing a website with "fresh" eyes.  Your opinions are valuable.



• Look to the bottom left of the page: 
  Here you will see our search form.  Simply type in your search term, press search, and items related to your search will be displayed. 
  
  Just above the "Search Form", you'll see our "Store Directory." You can move around our store easily by clicking on the links on the directory.
  
  And finally, above that are our "Company" links that can also help you navigate our store.
