How
much does shipping cost?
Ground shipping is
included in our prices within the Continental United States (meaning the lower 48 states). Please note: Shipping is only
included if you
keep the items you order. If you decide to return the
item/items, the cost we incurred to ship an item to you is not
refundable. Please see our
return policy for more information.
We only ship our
products within the USA. Sorry, we cannot ship to
international addresses. Additional charges will apply to
orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska.
How
long will it take?
Please allow 2 - 3 days for us to
process your order. After your order is processed, we ship most items (except daybeds) with FedEx.
Shipping usually takes 2 - 7 business
days to most areas of the US.

map.) We now offer FedEx Standard Overnight, 2 Day, and
FedEx Saver shipping options if you need delivery more
quickly, and if you are willing to pay for it. During
checkout, you will be able to view the prices for the shipping
methods we offer to your area and select a method based on your
needs and budget.

Oftentimes,
customers may select Overnight Delivery to an area that is usually
serviced next day via FedEx Ground. If you are in NC, for
example, FedEx Ground only takes 1 day. In this case, we
will change your shipping method and not charge you any
additional, unnecessary shipping fees.

CERTAIN DATE- WE WILL TRY VERY HARD TO ACCOMMODATE YOU. IF
WE FEEL WE CANNOT MEET YOUR DELIVERY DATE NEEDS, WE WILL LET YOU

How
will I know when to expect my order?
Within 2 - 3 business days, we will
process your order, and we will contact you via email to let you
know how we are shipping your order. If an item is out of
stock, we'll let you know at that time. We will also provide a
FedEx tracking number. Please feel free to call us at
1-800-905-6252 if you have any special requests or concerns.

Shipments
via FedEx: We will email a tracking number to you when we process your order.
