Order Processing and Shipping Time Estimates

Please allow 2 - 3 business days for your order to be processed. After your order has been processed, allow 2 - 7 business days for shipping, depending on where you live.  Please refer to the map below for a shipping time estimate to your area.  We ship all our packages from Hudson, NC using FedEx Ground. The shipping times below should be considered estimates.  If you live in a remote area, the shipping time might be longer than indicated below.  The Sleep Shop is not responsible for shipping delays.

Please Note:  For FedEx Ground, a business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. For Example: We ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive. We do not count the day you ship as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date.  Again, the shipping times should be considered estimates.  The Sleep Shop will not be held responsible for shipping delays.
